Without getting too complex and complicating...
I am a person-centered, solution focused therapist who places a HUGE emphasis on the person-centered side of therapy. Being person-centered, it is my therapeutic belief that treatment, progress, and healing cannot be facilitated without trust and a genuine therapeutic relationship. I work hard to create a safe place, free of judgement, and bring an authentic experience for the client.
Yes! I partner with Lyra Health, Alma, & Headway that allows me to be able to see clients with specific insurances.
The insurances that I currently accept are listed and located on my home page under the "Therapy Fees" section.

Depending on your current health plan with your health insurance provider, you may be eligible for out of network benefits.
This would mean that as an out of network provider, I do not bill your insurance company directly for your sessions. Instead, I can provide a monthly statement of service or “super bill” to you for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
*please note*
Not all health insurance plans/companies offer these benefits. If you are unsure about your coverage, please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates for psychotherapy services.
I currently am available from 10:00AM - 3:00pm (last appointment is scheduled for 2pm), Monday - Thursday
Therapy will take place via a secure and HIPPA compliant videochat platform provided by SimplePractice.
For local client who are wanting in-person sessions, my office is located at:
250 S Oak Ave, Ste A2 Oakdale, CA 95361
Congratulations!
Beginning therapy is such a personal choice that requires a certain amount of readiness. The fact that you are here on this website shows that you've already taken the first step on your journey, and that is most often the hardest step.
Second step would be to contact and set up a consultation to explore a variety of topics, scheduling, and process of treatment moving forward (should you choose to move forward).
Because therapy is a deeply personal and individual process, it is hard to accurately give an estimate of how long it would take to "feel better".
A simpler way to explain this it that change often takes time. I often say, "you cannot hike 10 miles into the woods and then at the end of your hike turn around and expect to be out in 5 miles." We have to hike those full 10 miles back and that will take time.
I always suggest giving at least 6 to 8 sessions to begin feeling some benefits from the process, but that does not guarantee that you will be done or "feel better".
